Do I have to pay tax?
One of the best things about buying through GoodsAround.com is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with the exception of orders shipping to destinations in Maryland.
GoodsAround ships worldwide, but some items may only be available for delivery to certain countries.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses as well as AFO, FPO and P.O. Boxes.
Merchants ship with their carriers of choice. If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us.
You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping cost varies on every item, but total shipping cost is presented in your cart once a shipping address is selected.
We currently do not support returns unless you receive a defective product. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction. Please contact us.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you want to check the status or shipping ETA of your order, you can find this information on your Order Details page. Go to your Account and then click on the “My Orders” tab.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We can't promise changes or cancellations to orders that have already begun processing but will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
